  3. Place each potato on a flat surface & press slightly with a palm of the hand to flatten it without breaking.
  4. Just before serving reheat the oil & deep fry the potatoes until crisp & golden brown - Remove from the oil and keep on paper towel in a broad flat dish.
  5. Mix together all the dry spices (red chilli powder, mint powder, & mango powder) and toss the potatoes from both sides in this spice mix immediately. - Check the salt add as required.
  6. To serve as snack arrange on a serving platter, garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies & serve hot.
