Heat oil for frying in deep pan. In another bowl mix besan, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Carom seeds and water and make thick batter.   3. Make a batter with singhada aata..sendha namak..lal mirch powdee.. dip the mirch and fry.. serve with imli chutney..
