Instructions to make Green fish:
- Wash the fish, apply salt on it and keep aside for 10- 15 min.Dry roast coconut, grind together coriander leaves, green chillies, coconut.
- Wash the fish again. Heat 1- 2 tsp oil in a pan and coat all over the pan.Put fish pieces on it and cook on both sides just few seconds.remove and keep aside.
- In the same pan take 3-4 tsp oil,put ginger garlic paste and saute a little.Add grounded green paste and all the dry spices and cook for a minute.Then add fish pieces to it,mix with the masala.(Handle the fish delicately).
- Now add little water,salt to taste, tamarind juice and cook the fish till done.Fish doesn't take much time to cook.
- Serve hot with rice or Ghavane or chapati.
