  5. Heat oil in a kadai
  6. When the oil is just medium hot, add the balls and fry on medium flame until brown
  7. Keep stirring gently to fry them uniformly
  8. Now remove the balls from oil and add them to the prepared syrup
  9. Allow them to rest for 1 hour then serve
