- Boil alu ko mesh karke sare masale add karle
- Kadai me 1tsp oil ya ghee garam kare or jeera dale or alu ka masala add karke achhe se mix karle or masale ko room temp pe thanda hine de
- Nonstick tave pe dosa ka better felade uper thoda sa ghee dale
- Ja ek side achhe se sik jaye dosa to usko palat dijiye dusari side bhi thoda pak jayega
- Ab dose ko palat ke usme alu ka stuffine middle me rakhe or tikone shape me dose ko fold karde
- Ready he aapka falhari crispy dosa serve with coconut chutney
