  5. When it is done then add sugar and stirr again and slow down the flame to low.. and keep stirring… It take about 10 to 12 minute…
  6. When the mixture start leaving the side then it is done.. turn off the gas..
  7. Then transfer all the mixture on a greased plate within no time..
  8. Tap the plate to flat or evenly spread the mixture..
  9. Cut into desired shape when cool down completely…
  10. Ur lapsi is ready to eat..
