Serving suggestion: Serve singhare ke pakore with falahari chutney or raita. Here I have served with falahari chutney. Sieve chestnut flour and add table salt, green chilli and using water, prepare a slurry batter. Rinse and wash potato and peel off the outer layer and cut in round shape and dip in the batter.

Instructions to make Singhade Ke Pakode:
  1. Firstly, take flour in a mixing bowl and make thick and smooth batter by adding water. Batter should be of dropping consistency.
  2. Now add coriander, green chillies, salt and red chilli powder(optional)
  3. Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a wok on medium flame.
  5. Now add boiled potato cubes in the batter and smear 6-8 potato cubes in the batter with light hands.
  6. Fry them in heated oil on medium flame till crisp and brown.
  7. Take them out in a serving plate.
  8. Make more fritters with the remaining batter like so.
  9. Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
  10. Note:-
  11. Add sugar in whisked yoghurt and mix well.
  12. Assemble hot fritters in a serving plate, top it with whisked sweet yoghurt, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  13. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and serve yummy and delicious singhade ke pakoda chaat.
