- In pan heat ghee, cumin seeds curry leaves, green chillis, garlic and saute for 1 minute.
- Then add kathi.add sugar and sault also. Stir very well and allow the rajgira curry to simmer as per taste.
- Garnish with curry and coriander leaves.
