  9. Get 2 tsp melon seeds and Chirongi

  6. Now add milk powder and roast them together a bit more - Next is to add sugar, cardamom powder.
  7. Keep stirring for evenly mixing of sugar. You don’t have to let it melt, just mix it well.
  8. Now add all the fried nuts to it and mix.
  9. I added pistachios, melon seeds and chironji in the last stir.
  10. Mix everything nicely and switch off the gas
  11. Delicious and healthy singhara panjiri is ready.
