In a medium bowl, combine oats with milk, maple syrup, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract. Mix all well and cover with a lid. Refrigerate overnight allowing the oats to soak most of the milk. Mix dry ingredients (oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon).
Instructions to make Pomegranate Oats:
- Take a blender add milk, oats, Pomegranate blend until smooth. Add chia seeds mix well.
- Pour into serving bowl or glass.
- Garnish with Pomegranate, almonds & chia seeds serve chilled or warm.
Refrigerate overnight allowing the oats to soak most of the milk. Mix dry ingredients (oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon). Beat in milk, eggs, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients together, saving cranberries and pomegranates for last to prevent staining and/or crushing, and spread inside the dish. A pomegranate and oat groats breakfast makes a delicious and healthy breakfast any morning of the year.
