In the same pan or kadhai, heat the oil on a medium-low flame and add a tsp of rai and jeera, saute till it splutters. Add finely chopped garlic cloves in the kadhai and saute for half a minute. Add peas & carrots, turmeric powder, cumin powder,dry mango powder (amchur),chili powder, garam masala and saute well.
