- Cool completely before removing from the tray. Once cool cut with a sharp knife into rectangles. Store in the fridge. Keeps well for several days.

Leave to cool before cutting into slices or serve while still slightly warm with custard, ice cream or cream. Will keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for a few days. Combine milk, juice, oats, rhubarb, cinnamon and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
