And yes—white whole wheat flour actually exists! It's not a combination of white (aka "all-purpose") flour and regular whole wheat flour.

Steps to make Orange and Oat Muffins:
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease your muffin tray.
  2. Combine oats and Orange juice and let soften for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Then mix in 2 egg whites and the softened orange juice oats.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove and let it cool completely in the muffin tray.
