- Wash Fenugreek leaves in a sieve. Then take garlic, ginger and green chilli in the chopper and chopped it and take one bowl soak rice in it wash it with water 3 to 4 times then soak it in water.
- Take one cooker keep it on medium flame add oil. When heated aad cumin seeds. When seeds crackles add washed Fenugreek leaves and chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli.
- Roast it for few minutes then add chopped tomato. Keep flame low till tomato cooked properly
- Then add all masale turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, salt and coriander powder. Mix well
- Water and rice. Keep the flame high now. So, water starts boiling
- Quantity of water that low. Cover the lid. And whistle it for 4 to 5 times. Off the flame and wait till lid open
- Pulao is ready to serve. You can serve it with curd also. You can add peas and capsicum in pulav if you are serving with curd. I have made tomato curry with this. So, serving with that
