  3. When cool, peel the covering. Cut the baigan from the middle. Check there should be clean.
  4. Take a kadai. Add 2-4 tbsp oil.Add all the masalas. Add the peas and chopped chilli. Add the baigan. Mash it well. Cover it with a lid and cook for 10 mins. Keep stirring in between.
  5. When nicely cooked, place it in a bowl and serve hot.
