  1. Prepare 1 cup semolina
  2. Prepare 1 cup curd
  3. Take as per taste Salt, Red chilli powder,
  4. Make ready as required garam masala,food colour and baking soda
  5. Get 2 Onion,
  6. Take 2 tomato
  7. Get 1/2 tsp ginger,
  8. Take as required chopped coriander for garnish
  9. Prepare as required Oil

Instructions to make Suji ka tadka:
  1. Take a bowl add 1 cup of semolina,1 cup curd,1/2 tsp baking soda and salt Make a thick batter,give it for 15 min.rest.
  2. Heat the pan and butter to it and Grease it.
  3. Than add 1_1 tbsp semolina batter and pour all the paste on a small gap.
  4. After 2 minutes turn around the semolina balls from the pan and take it in plate.
  5. Now heat the oil in pan add chopped onion,1/2 tbsp ginger, chopped tomato,salt to taste, red chilli powder,garam masala, food colour. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Then add the baked semolina balls to the paste of onion tomato and garnish by adding green coriander over it.
  7. Instant breakfast of semolina is ready to serve.
