  5. When apricots are soft and changing colour add sugar, vanilla essence mix well cook again for 20 minutes on low flame, you can mash apricots if you want to serve smoother texture dessert but I love to serve soft chunks, when it's done garnish with peeled nuts and some fresh cream, your delicious, tempting khubani ka meetha is ready serve.
