  7. Mix that all well and roast it for 20 mins on a low flame mins until the water content of stuffing is reduced and it is dry.
  8. Now to that add salt and Saunf.
  9. Now we'll start preparing parthas. First of all divide the dough and stuffing into 10-12 equal parts.
  10. Now take a peice of dough roll it, to that add prepared stuffing, pack it and again roll it.
  11. Now cook the parathas from both the sides on a tawa.
