  1. First take the baingan wash n dry it now dry roast it on gas flame,for this make slits on baingan n grease it with oil. So that it can be easily peel off, mash it properly
  2. Now take chopped onions, tomato, peas, spring onion, ginger garlic paste
  3. Take a pan add oil into it add ginger garlic paste n onion saute them, add tomato n all the spices saute it until oil releases add white part of spring onion n some of green part also
  4. After it add mashed baingan and peas mix all the ingredients very well n add some water now saute it fir 3-5 min. N garnish with coriander leaves serve with bajra roti
