  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Get 1 tsp salt
  8. Make ready 1 cup oil or ghee
  9. Get 1 whole clove of garlic
  10. Prepare 2 tsp ginger paste

Saron ka saag is a winter delicacy made in North India with fresh mustard greens and other green leafy vegetables. Sarson = mustard greens, so it's the key component of this saag.   1. Wash & cut all green leaves..
  2. Boil all leaves in half cup water with garlic,ginger red chilli power, turmeric powder on medium flame for 10 min..
  3. Then blend it in blender to make smooth paste.
  4. In big pot add oil, zeera seeds, red button chillies & chopped garlic then add green leaves paste & start cooking bhoonify till oil separates..
  5. Give oil tarka serve hot with cream cheese or butter or triangle cheese slice..
