  2. Matkai ki handi Lai us mein 1 cup water dalai phir us mein saag,palak aur methi,4 to 5 garlic (cloves),green chillies(chopped), turmeric and salt dalai
  3. Then Sb cheezo ko achi tarha mix karai aur boil krnai rakhdai
  4. Us ke bad halki anch par 1 sai 2 hour paka lai
  5. Jab pak jai tosarai mixture ko blend karlai then makkai ka atta dal kar achi tarha bhoon lai aur garha honai tak pakalai.
  6. Tarkai ke leye ek pan mein 1 cup oil,garlic(cloves),1 green chillies,3-4 leaves curry patta and 1 tsp chilli falkes daldai aur thori dir pakai
  7. Us ke bad Tarkai ko saag mein dal dai end mein coriander leaves dal dai. saarso ka saag tayyar hai
