- Noe in it add ghee 1/2 cups Mix them well.And stir it for 2-3 mins.Now add all the dry fruits,khoya and cardamom powder.
- Now cook it in high flame and stir it continuously for about 5 mins.
- Winter special dessert Gajar ka halwa is ready to serve to your guest.
