  11. Take 1/2 tbs Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed
  12. Get 1 & ½ tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder)
  13. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  14. Prepare 1 & ½ tsp Zeera powder
  15. Get 1 Cup Water or as required
  16. Prepare 2 tbs Cream
  17. Make ready 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder)
  18. Get Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

  1. In a pot,add red kidney beans,water,salt & mix well & bring it to boil and remove scum,cover & cook on medium flame until tender (approx. 45-50 minutes) then cook on high flame approx. ½ cup water is left & set aside.
  2. In a wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
  3. Add onion & fry until light golden.
  4. Add tomatoes and mix well.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for a minute.
  6. Add salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander seeds, garam masala powder,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates (3-4 minutes).
  8. Add boiled red kidney beans with water & mix well.
  9. Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
  10. Turn on the flame,add fresh coriander,cover & simmer on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
  11. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with boiled rice or chapati,salad and raita.
