- Rub some ghee into the flour, add the jaggery-milk mix, salt, and more milk if required, knead a smooth, stiff dough.
- Make small balls of the dough, roll them into circles. Grill on a hot Tawa, smearing ghee on both sides.
- Take off heat when golden brown and crisp. Serve hot.
