Steps to make Jowar Ka Churma:
  1. Carefully wash 3 or 4 time to Jowar and spread in sunlight on a cloth.
  2. When it completely dried griend it make jowar flour.
  3. Now make jawar dough with ghee and water and make thick chapati on low flame.
  4. Make small pieces of chapati, now grind chapati pieces in mixer grinder, and make churma, spread this churma on a cloth.After 1 hr we can add powder sugar and dry fruits.
  5. Serve it with pikle, raita or tea.

That's why it pairs perfectly with lightly spiced dal bati. You can enjoy this as is in original form (coarse powder form). Or you can go step further and make ladoos. In that case, you need to add more ghee and sugar. Bajra ka churma is a variation of regular wheat flour churma.
