- After 20-25 minutes. Increase the flame to high and cook the carrot for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring. Reduce the flame medium and add milk. Mix it properly. Cover the pan and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between.
- After 20 minutes. Open the lid and stir it. Add sugar and mix it
- Add chopped dry fruits and khoya mix it. Cover the pan and cook it for 10-15 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between. Increase the flame medium and cook it for 2-3 minute. Keep stirring. Turn off the flame.
- Take it out in a serving plate. Garnish with Cashew and almond. Ready to serve.
