  4. Add maize flour (makai ka ataa), stir well and cook until saag thickness,set a side.
  5. For tarka, in frying pan, heat oil and butter add garlic, cumin seeds and saute until light golden brown.
  6. Now add this tarka in to Sarsoo saag and serve with makai ki roti.
