- Now the carrot is soft add the remaining milk and cook it on middium flame and stir in between for 10-15 minutes..
- When the milk is almost dried add some dryfruits and sugar and mix again and let it cook till it start becoming thick..
- Once it start being thick and started separating from vessel switch off the flame and let it cool.. Gajar Ka halwa is ready to serve.. Garnish it with dryfruits..
