  1. In a bowl combine well the onion soup, chopped tomatoes, curry powder, tomato chutney, mustard and gravy granules.
  2. Place the sausages and onions in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture into the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  5. Add the peas and carrots to the slow cooker at 4 hours and cook for the remaining time.
  6. Optional: The slow cooker will not thicken the sauce. If a thicker sauce is desired transfer to a saucepan and simmer until the desired consistency has been reached.
  7. Serve over mash potato.

Drain and cool, then remove skins from sausages. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, peas and sausages to slow cooker. Place sausages in a saucepan with water, and bring to the boil until skins start to peel off. Once sausages have boiled, remove and pull off skin before cutting into pieces. Once cooked serve with rice or mashed potato.
