  2. Take a Kadai add oil let it heat then add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds then add sliced onions and sauté for few seconds.
  3. Now add green chilies, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, and sauté for 2-3 minutes if Kadai is burning you can add few drops of water, now add tomatoes and saute till tomatoes are soft.
  4. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well and sauté for 2-3 seconds then add boiled toor dal and required water and salt and bring to boil finally add coriander leaves serve with Turmeric Rice and combination of tossed Aloo wedges.
